Which Marketing Cloud products are best for my business?

That depends on what you need your business to chieve through its marketing. Some companies only utilise email marketing to communicate with their customers and leads while others rely on cross-chasnnel campaigns to bring in new business. If you want to nurture new customers and prospects through email invest in Email Studio. If you also want to reach them via digital advertising and mobile communications, add on Mobile Studio and Advertising Studio too. There isn’t a one-size fits all answer to this question, instead you get teh flexibility to invest in the products you need and not those you don’t.

Yes! Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) was designed specifically for B2B companies. It brings all the tools you need together to marketing your B2B company, generate and nurture leads and report in one platform.

Marketing Cloud, whilst originally designed as a B2C platform, is now widely being used by B2B companies to deliver personalised, B2C like journeys to their customer base.

Do I have to buy all the Marketing Cloud products?

No. Marketing Cloud is built from multiple products which can be used in several combinations to meet your business needs. You can start with one product (often Email Studio) and add products as your marketing programme grows.
